Thoroughbred Marketing Solutions (TMS) is a video production company providing innovative solutions for the Horse Racing industry.

In 2005 TMS was given the extraordinary opportunity to work with Senior Chaplain Richard Meña to produce a Public Service Announcement for the Southern California Council of the Racetrack Chaplaincy of America. That 30-second spot is currently airing on TVG.

The production team of TMS would like to thank not only Chaplain Meña, but all the jockeys, trainers and other backstretch personnel for helping make this PSA.
